Responsibilities
- Lead product design and management of digital touchpoints including booking flow, Manage My Booking, Online Check in, and post journey experiences
- Design intuitive and easy to use digital experiences across web and app platforms
- Develop a seamless digital experience that enhances the customer's travel journey
- Use customer insights, performance data, and A/B testing to optimize conversion and digital performance
- Work with marketing team to ensure web and app platforms deliver brand enhancing customer experience
- Manage development pipeline and prioritize highest value initiatives with stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve digital self service functionality and customer engagement
- Monitor key performance measures including ancillary revenue per passenger and online check in rate
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E Commerce, Digital Product Management, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- 3 5 years of experience in digital product management, e commerce, or digital experience
- Experience managing customer facing digital products across web and app platforms
- Experience using customer insights, analytics, and testing methodologies to improve digital performance
- Strong understanding of digital product management principles and customer experience design
- Clear criminal record check and satisfactory references
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada without restriction

- Join the IT E Commerce & Digital Marketing team at Flair as an Ecommerce Product Manager, shaping the digital customer experience across web and mobile platforms.
- Reporting to the Director, IT E Commerce, you will optimize the end to end digital customer journey including booking flow, Manage My Booking, Online Check in, and post booking experiences.
- This role is on site based in either Edmonton, AB or Vancouver, BC office.
A Day In The Life
- Leading the product design and management of digital touchpoints, including Booking flow, Manage My Booking, Online Check in, and other in journey and post journey experiences.
- Designing intuitive, compelling, and easy to use digital experiences across web and app platforms.
- Developing a seamless digital experience that enhances the customer’s overall travel journey.
- Aligning and developing solutions with stakeholders to ensure a seamless user centred journey.
- Using customer insights, performance data, and testing methodologies, including A/B and multivariate testing, to optimize conversion and digital performance.
- Working closely with the marketing team to ensure Flair’s web and app platforms deliver the right messaging and a brand enhancing customer experience.
- Working with stakeholders across the business to manage the development pipeline and prioritize the highest value initiatives.
- Identifying opportunities to improve digital self service functionality, customer engagement, and the overall post booking experience.
- Monitoring and supporting key performance measures, including ancillary revenue per passenger and online check in rate.
- Other duties as assigned from time to time.
What You Bring To The Role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E Commerce, Digital Product Management, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in digital product management, e commerce, digital experience, or a related role.
- Experience managing customer facing digital products across web and app platforms is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience working with AB testing platforms or digital customer journey touchpoints is considered an asset.
- Experience working closely with revenue, marketing, design, and technology teams to deliver digital product enhancements is preferred.
- Experience using customer insights, analytics, and testing methodologies to improve digital performance and user experience is required.
- Previous experience in airline, travel, e commerce, or another consumer facing digital environment is considered an asset.
- Strong understanding of digital product management principles and customer experience design.
- Ability to translate customer needs, business priorities, and performance data into practical product improvements.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret digital performance metrics, user behaviour, and conversion data.
- Experience using testing methodologies, including A/B and multivariate testing, to improve digital outcomes.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams.
