Role Overview
The Etsy Growth Manager will take complete ownership of the company's Etsy stores.
The role focuses on increasing store performance, improving sales, and achieving monthly business targets.

- The role is based on-site in Surat.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize Etsy product listings.
- Perform keyword research and implement Etsy SEO strategies.
- Optimize titles, tags, descriptions, attributes, images, and videos.
- Research trending clothing products and competitor strategies.
- Manage Etsy Ads and improve ROAS while reducing ACOS.
- Create and optimize AI-generated product images and videos.
- Monitor store performance, traffic, conversion rate, and sales.
- Analyze reports and suggest strategies to improve business growth.
- Coordinate with design, production, and management teams for product launches.
- Take ownership of monthly sales targets and overall Etsy account performance.
