Vintage Frames Company is looking for an eCommerce Manager to own the day-to-day operation of a leading vintage eyewear platform. This hands-on role involves managing Shopify storefront, weekly drops, catalog, email/SMS marketing, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities
- Run weekly archive drops and product launches end to end
- Own the Shopify storefront day to day: product uploads, collections, navigation, merchandising, site QA
- Maintain product matrix and keep inventory accurate across all location ERPs
- Track and grow metrics: conversion rate, AOV, LTV, repeat purchase rate, revenue
- Own email and SMS marketing calendar, campaigns, automations, and performance analysis
- Write and edit clean, on brand copy for products, collections, and editorial content
- Receive, organize, and archive product and campaign content
- Lead brainstorms and strategy sessions to drive repeat purchases, new product adoption, higher AOV/LTV
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Hands on experience with Shopify Plus
- Experience with Klaviyo, Postscript, Nosto, Matrixify, Google Analytics, Google Search Console is a strong asset
- Experience planning, building, QAing, scheduling, and reporting on email and SMS campaigns
- Strong understanding of online merchandising, collection strategy, product taxonomy, filtering, search, and customer journeys
- Advanced Excel skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple launches, deadlines, and cross functional stakeholders
- Excellent written English with ability to write concise, conversion focused copy
- Highly organized with exceptional QA skills
- Comfortable identifying issues independently and implementing solutions

Job Overview
- Vintage Frames Company is looking for an eCommerce Manager to own the day to day operation of one of the world’s largest vintage and designer eyewear platforms. This is a business critical, hands on role for someone who wants to run the store, not just support it.
About Vintage Frames Company
- Vintage Frames Company (VFC) is home to the world’s largest archive of deadstock vintage eyewear over 2 million unique frames.
- Since 2008, VFC has been the go to for stylists, artists, and tastemakers, with frames featured in magazine shoots, films, red carpets, and global tours.
- In 2018 we launched our own line, inspired by the archive and shaped by modern culture.
- We operate one of the largest vintage eyewear eCommerce platforms and, since 2022, a U.S. flagship on Miami Beach.
What You'll Own
- Drop & launch operations: Run weekly archive drops and product launches end to end.
- Storefront ownership: Own the Shopify storefront day to day: product uploads, collections, navigation, merchandising, site QA, and customer journey.
- Catalog & inventory: Maintain product matrix and keep inventory accurate across all location ERPs; coordinate restocks.
- Growth & performance: Track and grow conversion rate, AOV, LTV, repeat purchase rate, and revenue.
- Email & SMS marketing: Own email and SMS marketing calendar, campaigns, automations, and performance data.
- Content & copy: Write and edit clean, on brand copy for products, collections, and editorial/blog content.
- Digital asset management: Receive, organize, and archive product and campaign content.
- Strategy & execution: Lead brainstorms and strategy sessions to drive repeat purchases, new product adoption, higher AOV/LTV, and customer satisfaction.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent hands on experience will also be considered.
- Hands on experience with Shopify Plus.
- Experience with Klaviyo, Postscript, Nosto, Matrixify, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console is a strong asset.
