Responsibilities
- Oversee daily online sales operations, including managing product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns across e commerce platforms
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze customer behavior, and optimize the user journey
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to drive traffic and conversions
- Manage vendor and partner relationships, ensure site content accuracy, and implement best practices in customer service and order fulfillment
- Contribute to strategic planning, identify growth opportunities, and support continuous improvement of e commerce services

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and support data informed decision making
- Solid Communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams and present insights

Role Description
- The Ecommerce Manager role is a part time, hybrid position based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work from home arrangements.
- The Ecommerce Manager will oversee daily online sales operations, including managing product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns across e commerce platforms.
- Responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, analyzing customer behavior, optimizing the user journey, and coordinating with marketing and sales teams to drive traffic and conversions.
- The role also involves managing vendor and partner relationships, ensuring site content accuracy, and implementing best practices in customer service and order fulfillment.
- The Ecommerce Manager will contribute to strategic planning, identify growth opportunities, and support the continuous improvement of Mercado Egypt’s e commerce services.

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and support data informed decision making.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams, partners, and stakeholders, and to present insights clearly.
- Candidates should possess Sales and E Commerce skills to manage online sales funnels, optimize product listings, and enhance customer acquisition and retention.
- Candidates should possess Marketing skills to plan and execute digital campaigns, optimize promotional activities, and support brand positioning in online channels.
- Experience with major e commerce platforms, digital analytics tools, and CRM systems is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment are required.
- Previous experience in e commerce management or online retail within the MENA region is an advantage.
