Ecommerce Manager

About you

• 4+ years’ ecommerce experience with direct accountability for onsite trading, revenue and commercial performance, ideally in retail, FMCG or a comparable consumer category
• Comfortable blending strategic, commercial leadership with genuinely hands-on execution — you set the direction and roll up your sleeves to deliver it
• Proven experience running a trade cadence (daily/weekly) and translating conversion, AOV, UPT and sell-through data into commercial action
• Strong onsite merchandising skills — product sorting, category and collection curation, search merchandising and promotional placement
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, comfortable navigating the admin, themes and app ecosystem
• Experience managing a third-party marketplace channel (e.g. Amazon Seller/Vendor Central), including listing optimisation and marketplace-specific promotional mechanics
• Strong analytical skills (GA4 or equivalent) with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
• Experience leading, coaching or mentoring direct reports in a fast-paced retail or ecommerce environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting trading performance to leadership
