Zafify is hiring an E-commerce & Communication Manager for customer communications and e-commerce management.

The role covers sales and order management, customer handling, product launches, website operations, inventory, and fashion-related coordination.

Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience may apply.
Candidates should have excellent English communication, strong interpersonal skills, and exposure to the fashion industry.
Strong organization, self-motivation, teamwork, planning, and deadline management are expected.
A design institute background, preferably NIFT or Pearl with fashion communication, is preferred.

Manage pre-purchase and post-purchase customer relationships and communications.
Manage Shopify e-commerce backend operations, product launches, and website inventory.
Coordinate online and offline orders, follow-ups, dispatches, customized orders, and vendor relationships.
Coordinate with merchandising, production, logistics, PR, bloggers, and overseas buyers.
Assist with social media queries and customers at the physical store.
Manage store visual merchandising and store inventory.
