We’re looking for a hands-on Ecommerce Manager / Developer to support and grow our ecommerce ecosystem.
This role blends technical Magento development with revenue-driving strategy, focusing on website optimization, marketplace growth, and conversion improvements.
You will manage the Magento site while supporting key channels like Amazon Seller Central and Google Merchant Center.
You’ll partner with an external agency and internal team—but will lead execution and track performance.
Ecommerce Site Management (Magento)
- Manage and maintain the Magento platform end-to-end
- Support product catalog, site performance, and functionality
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate updates, integrations, and extensions
- Monitor site speed, uptime, and checkout functionality
- Support improvements in conversion rate and average order value
Conversion Optimization & Ux
- Review user behavior and ecommerce performance
- Optimize navigation, product pages, search, and checkout flows
- Run A/B tests and implement CRO improvements
- Track KPIs: conversion rate, AOV, cart abandonment, revenue/session
