Role Overview
Manage the day-to-day operations and strategic development of Sports Corner and its subsidiaries across e-commerce omni-channels.
Drive profitable growth, maximize sales, enhance brand equity, and improve customer experience across digital platforms.
Strategy and Performance
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to improve website performance and profitability.
- Create and execute a roadmap for delivering the e-commerce portfolio across business functions and teams.
- Own the e-commerce P&L and align financial performance with business objectives.
Digital Marketing
- Oversee or manage PPC, SEO, display advertising, affiliate marketing, email campaigns, and social media.
- Collaborate with the marketing team or manage digital marketers to improve traffic acquisition and quality.
Merchandising and Analytics
- Drive product category merchandising strategies using historical sales data and analytics.
- Develop site personalization strategies based on shopping behavior, order history, email interactions, and social media engagement.
