The role takes direct ownership of storefront performance across a portfolio of client brands.
The work is measured through ecommerce revenue, profitability, conversion, and store performance outcomes.
What You Will Own
- Manage and optimise storefronts across Shopify, marketplaces, and DTC platforms.
- Own catalog structure, merchandising, pricing, promotions, and checkout flow.
- Analyse store and funnel data to identify drop-off points and improve conversion rate and average order value.
- Manage Amazon, Noon, and other marketplace listings, inventory synchronisation, rankings, and margin health.
- Run CRO tests across landing pages, product pages, and checkout and turn findings into permanent improvements.
- Collaborate with performance marketing and creative teams on pages designed to convert.
- Monitor inventory, fulfilment, and operational flow to prevent revenue leakage.
- Report conversion rate, average order value, basket size, repeat purchase rate, revenue, and profitability KPIs.
What the Employer Is Looking For
- 2–4 or more years of hands-on ecommerce management experience, with Shopify required.
- Marketplace experience is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical ability using Shopify Analytics, GA4, and marketplace seller dashboards.
- Understanding of conversion rate optimisation, funnel diagnostics, and on-site testing.
- DTC, beauty, or retail brand experience is a significant advantage.
- Clear communication and ability to turn performance data into actionable narratives.
- Comfort in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
