Lead Eyewa’s online business and accelerate growth across digital channels.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end e-commerce business management, driving traffic, conversion, and profitability.
- Develop e-commerce strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
- Oversee online merchandising, content, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Monitor analytics and KPIs to improve growth, site performance, and customer experience.
- Collaborate on customer acquisition, retention, and CRM initiatives.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain and Operations on fulfillment and product availability.
- Manage, coach, and develop the E-commerce team.
- Monitor trends, technologies, and competitor activity for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- A master’s degree is a plus.
- At least 5 years of professional experience, including proven success as an E-commerce Manager within an online-first company.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, UX optimization, analytics, and performance marketing.
- Optical, retail, or consumer goods industry experience is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Highly organized, agile, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
