- Oversee daily online store operations, including product listings, pricing updates, inventory checks, and order tracking

- Sales operations skills to manage order workflows, coordinate with logistics, and support revenue growth
- Experience with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and basic knowledge of online merchandising
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as SEO, online advertising, and email campaigns is an advantage
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Previous experience in ecommerce or retail operations; experience with safety or industrial products is a plus
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
