Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced eCommerce Functional Consultant to guide customers through the strategy, design, configuration, and rollout of integrated eCommerce solutions. This role requires strong functional expertise, excellent analytical capabilities, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable eCommerce implementations.
Product Strategy & Execution
Understand client business processes, workflows, and requirements across eCommerce, operations, fulfillment, and finance.
Conduct functional assessments and map requirements to platform capabilities (Magento, Shopify, SFCC, etc.).
Define detailed functional specifications, process flows, user journeys, and solution blueprints.
Configure eCommerce workflows, catalog structures, checkout flows, payment integrations, and order lifecycle processes.
Provide inputs to technical teams for customizations, integrations, and API-based enhancements.
