- Monitor performance KPIs, improve processes, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners
- Support setup of new operational workflows and prepare reports for leadership

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field

- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience supervising operational teams
