Responsibilities
- Review and audit product listings across e commerce channels and flag content gaps, image issues, and availability gaps
- Directly update and manage brand pages to ensure assets are aligned with brand guidelines
- Act as operational touchpoint for channel partners, supplying accurate product content, A+ assets, and promotional banners
- Update and maintain product, landing page, and campaign content across all brand websites (English & Arabic)
- Conduct regular content audits to catch and resolve outdated or inconsistent backend data
- Raise and track technical requests, content fixes, and feature implementations
- Collect weekly sales data from partners and update reporting trackers accurately and on time
- Monitor day to day metrics on approved channels
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of hands on experience in e commerce operations, digital marketing, or website content management
- Strong comfort working in backend Content Management Systems (CMS); experience with Censhare is a major advantage
- Practical experience using Jira (or similar project management tools) to log and track backend fixes
- Solid understanding of GCC marketplace dynamics, particularly Amazon, Noon
- Excellent attention to detail with ability to maintain clean Excel sell out sheets and spot data inconsistencies
- Proficiency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage
- Ready to start immediately or on short notice for a temporary contract placement

Role Overview
- We are looking for a hands on E Commerce Executive to join our team as temporary project based placement. This role will span for a duration of 6 months up to 1 year.
Role Description
- Review and audit product listings across our E commerce channels and flag content gaps, image issues, and availability gaps.
- Directly update and manage brand pages to ensure assets are aligned with our brand guidelines.
- Act as the operational touchpoint for our channel partners, supplying them with accurate product content, A+ assets, and promotional banners.
