Key Responsibilities
- Manage operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Noon, and other marketplaces.
- Create and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and attributes.
- Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, and customer-related issues.
- Coordinate order processing and dispatch with warehouse, logistics, and internal teams.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate stock updates to prevent stock-outs or excess inventory.
- Track sales, revenue, operational metrics, pricing, promotions, offers, and product visibility.
- Resolve listing errors, account issues, suppressed listings, and marketplace problems.
- Prepare reports, coordinate marketplace support cases, and analyze data for sales improvement.
- Ensure marketplace policies, guidelines, and operational requirements are followed.
