About The Beer Store
The Beer Store operates retail stores, distribution centres, draught services, a customer experience centre, and a corporate office across Ontario.

The Role
The eCommerce Coordinator reports to the Manager, eCommerce.
This is a 12-month contract opportunity.
Location and Work Model
- The corporate office is located in Bolton, Ontario.
- The role follows a hybrid work model with office visits at least three times per week and additional visits as needed.
What You Will Do
- Update creative content across website pages, the mobile app, and electronic kiosks.
- Support store eCommerce tickets and troubleshoot issues with vendors.
- Perform daily platform quality assurance, update product information, and rectify errors.
- Provide market research recommendations to improve conversions and customer experience.
- Manage order, user management, and customer support inquiries.
- Support enhancement projects, keyword planning, SEO, UX improvements, and vendor execution.
