Here at GXO Banbury we are recruiting for Ecommerce Coordinators to join our team, supporting our customer, The Entertainer .
You will be working on a full-time , permanent basis, contracted to 40 hours per week. We are currently recruiting for the following shifts:
Any 5 days out of 7 , covering the hours of 07:00 to 15:00
Any 5 days out of 7 , covering the hours of 15:00 to 23:00
Any 5 days out of 7 , covering the hours of 23:00 to 07:00
Support the smooth day-to-day running of the e-commerce operation, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and on time
Act as a key point of support for colleagues, helping to maintain productivity, quality and operational performance

Provide cover for First Line Managers when required and assist with coaching, training and developing team members
Promote safe working practices whilst supporting stock accuracy, KPI performance and continuous improvement activities
Previous experience within a warehouse or operational environment, ideally within e-commerce, inventory or team support roles
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook, with a proactive approach to learning and development
Flexibility to work across shift patterns and a willingness to take on additional responsibility as you progress your career
