Position Summary
The Ecommerce Assistant acts as deputy fulfillment manager for Safeer's e-commerce operations across four aggregator platforms and Safeer Online.
The role maintains stable store performance, fulfillment speed and accuracy, freshness quality, and stock availability when the Ecommerce Lead is unavailable.
The position reports to the Ecommerce Head.
Fulfillment Operations Oversight
- Monitor real-time order flow across aggregators and Safeer Online and ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched within SLA windows.
- Track order-to-dispatch time and on-time delivery rate daily and flag deviations immediately.
- Identify and resolve store and dark-store bottlenecks before they affect customer experience.
- Ensure delivery riders are available on time and report delays to the vendor.
Stock Availability and Accuracy
- Monitor stock-out rates and out-of-stock percentages by store and SKU across all platforms.
- Ensure inventory synchronization between physical stock and live channel listings to prevent overselling or underselling.
- Coordinate with store and replenishment teams to close availability gaps on fast-moving SKUs.
