The eCommerce and Digital Distribution Manager will be responsible for driving digital revenue performance, online visibility, direct-booking growth, OTA and GDS optimization, brand.com content, digital advertising, and sales technology across a 17-hotel Marriott and Hilton portfolio. Serves as the primary eCommerce and digital distribution resource for hotel leadership, Sales, Marketing, brand partners, OTAs, GDS providers, and technology vendors. The ideal candidate will be located in either San Francisco, CA, Washington, DC, Dulles, VA, or Charlotte, NC. The position is open to remote candidates.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Develop and execute eCommerce and digital distribution strategies to maximize online revenue, direct-booking contribution, channel profitability, online visibility, market positioning, and room night production across 17 hotels.
Manage relationships with OTA Market Managers, including Expedia, Booking.com, Priceline/Agoda, Trip.com, and other distribution partners; coordinate promotions, merchandising, advertising, preferred placement, OTA travel ads, metasearch, and co-op marketing opportunities.
Monitor OTA production, rankings, content scores, availability, rate parity, promotions, conversion performance, and competitive positioning to identify revenue and visibility opportunities.
Monitor GDS production and advertising, analyze performance, identify trends, and recommend strategies to increase business through GDS channels.
Assist with maintaining and optimizing Marriott.com and Hilton.com hotel profiles, including descriptions, amenities, room type merchandising, photos, meeting information, renovations, hotel features, local-area content, SEO fundamentals, promotional content, and booking-path accuracy.
Partner with Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations teams to align eCommerce, OTA, GDS, pricing, inventory, promotional, digital campaign, and demand-generation strategies with each hotel’s commercial goals.
Serve as primary administrator and subject-matter resource for Delphi.fdc, including system administration, user support, reporting, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Administer and support additional sales and business development systems, including Cvent, MeetingBroker, TravelClick, Knowland, and HopSkip.

Coordinate with vendors, brand partners, OTAs, GDS providers, and hotel teams to resolve content, connectivity, system, and distribution issues.
Provide reporting, analysis, training, and recommendations to hotel leadership and Sales teams regarding eCommerce, digital distribution, GDS, OTA, paid media, brand.com, sales technology, channel mix, conversion, and return on ad spend performance.
WHAT WE NEED:
2-4 years of hotel eCommerce, digital marketing, online distribution, and revenue strategy
Hospitality experience preferred
Multi-property Marriott and Hilton experience strongly preferred.
Strong working knowledge of OTA extranets, brand.com content platforms, GDS channels, digital advertising, analytics, and hotel sales systems.
Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data, manage vendor relationships, train hotel teams, and translate digital insights into revenue-driving recommendations.
