ECOMM SL - E-Commerce Shipping Associate

As an eCommerce Shipping Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring online orders are processed, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.

• Process and fulfill online orders efficiently and accurately to meet delivery expectations.
• Pack and prepare shipments following company standards to ensure products arrive safely and in perfect condition.
• Monitor order statuses and proactively communicate any delays or issues with customers via phone and electronic messaging.
• Adjust orders as needed to accommodate customer requests, product availability, or special instructions.
• Investigate and resolve shipping issues, including delays or lost packages, by coordinating with third-party logistics providers.
• Ensure proper documentation is completed for all shipments, returns, and order modifications.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace, following all operational and safety guidelines.

• A passion for sports, fashion, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in order processing.
• Excellent communication skills to provide clear updates and solutions to customers.
• Problem-solving abilities to quickly address shipping challenges and work with logistics providers to find solutions.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with order management systems and shipping platforms.
• Physical capability to lift and move packages as needed.
