Role Overview
The incumbent has to facilitate the Ecom team CS&L delivers on service levels to the customers of the company, with least lead time and lowest cost.
He/She should be driving Master data governance and service levels for Ecom by continuously engaging with multiple stakeholders like Customer counterparts, KAMs, CSMs and CP warehouse personnel.

- Master Data Maintenance at customer’s end/ our SAP system
- Customer MDM Files
- SPI Tracker
- Stock Report by Batch Details
- NPI Management: Listing and Stock requirement / Planning
- Fill Rate Analysis & Insights
- Daily Analysis of stock out items
- Weekly/Monthly Fill Rate reconciliation as per the customer need
- Loss parameter monthly trends
- Proactive communication to customers on potential availability gaps
- Returns Analysis
- Root Cause Analysis
- Customer communication and Liaison
- Ad Hoc CWeekly Customer Meetings
- Weekly Fill rate reconciliation discussion
- Operational cusstomer Requirements
- Data / Reports
- Event PO Billing Tracker
- Miscellaneous
- Appointment Issues
- Unloading Challenges
- ASN / EDI Issues
- ASN Failure in Reliance
- EDI generation issue - Incorrect quantity conversion

- Basic Requirement:
