Responsibilities
- Coordinate all assigned school ECA sessions
- Prepare for each workshop with the support of Super Bakers facilitators
- Ensure all ingredients, equipment and materials are ready before each session
- Coordinate meeting locations, arrival times and logistics with facilitators
- Liaise with the Super Bakers team regarding schedules and operational updates
- Lead baking workshops at schools
- Welcome students and create an engaging learning environment
- Demonstrate each baking recipe step by step
- Clearly explain baking techniques and safety instructions
- Encourage participation while ensuring children remain engaged and supported throughout the session
- Represent the Super Bakers brand professionally at all times
- Direct and support facilitators during workshops
Requirements
- Previous baking experience (professional, commercial, culinary or extensive practical baking knowledge)
- Excellent spoken English
- Confident presenting and speaking in front of groups of children
- Experience working with children in a teaching, coaching, facilitation or educational environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to lead a small team
- Professional, energetic and approachable personality
- Reliable with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to travel to schools across Dubai

About Super Bakers

- We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and confident ECA Coordinator to lead and manage our after school baking programmes.
Programme Coordination
- Coordinate all assigned school ECA sessions.
- Prepare for each workshop with the support of Super Bakers facilitators.
- Ensure all ingredients, equipment and materials are ready before each session.
- Coordinate meeting locations, arrival times and logistics with facilitators.

Session Delivery
- Lead baking workshops at schools.

Team Leadership
- Direct and support facilitators during workshops.
- Allocate responsibilities before and during sessions.
- Provide guidance and coaching to facilitators to ensure consistent delivery.
- Ensure workshops follow Super Bakers teaching methods and quality standards.
Quality Assurance & Reporting
- Monitor the quality of every workshop.
- Complete session reports in accordance with Super Bakers reporting guidelines.
- Record attendance, observations, incidents and feedback where required.
- Complete end of term reports and programme summaries.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and share recommendations with management.
Health, Safety & Professional Standards
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Follow all food hygiene and child safeguarding procedures.
- Ensure all equipment is accounted for before and after sessions.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude when representing Super Bakers.
Skills & Experience

Working Hours
- Part time position.
- Two working days per week.
- Up to 8 hours per day depending on workshop schedules.
- Additional sessions may be offered based on programme demand.
Compensation
- Hourly rate (to be discussed based on experience).
- Transport reimbursement for travel between approved workshop locations, subject to Super Bakers' reimbursement policy and a maximum reimbursement cap.
- Any additional expenses must receive prior approval from management.
