Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and engage B2B prospects across the US and UK markets through outbound prospecting.
• Generate qualified leads using cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, networking, and other lead generation platforms.
• Qualify prospects based on business needs, budget, authority, timeline, and project requirements.
• Schedule qualified meetings and sales demos for the Business Development team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through consistent follow-ups and consultative communication.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to execute B2B lead generation campaigns and improve conversion rates.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities within the US and UK markets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and sales activities in CRM tools.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, including outreach activities, qualified meetings, and pipeline growth.
