Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
• Build prospect lists and identify relevant decision-makers.
• Conduct cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and follow-ups .
• Understand prospect requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
• Conduct initial discovery conversations with prospects.
• Qualify leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams to understand and position IT solutions.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in CRM.
• Track competitor activity and market trends.
• Meet monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in IT/Software/SaaS/Technology Sales .
• Proven experience in B2B lead generation and business development.
• Good understanding of the sales cycle.
