This role involves supervising equipment operators and laborers, coordinating workflow, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the earthmoving process.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily earthwork activities including excavation, grading, and site preparation per project requirements.
- Supervise and coordinate crews to ensure efficiency and quality workmanship.
- Work closely with project managers and other foremen to schedule and plan work phases.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance at all times.
- Conduct inspections to maintain quality standards during all phases of earthworks.
- Maintain equipment and monitor its proper operation and maintenance.
- Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to crew members.
