Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age appropriate, play based activities that promote children’s cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development
- Observe, assess, and document children’s progress
- Communicate regularly with families
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Support children of determination and implement individualized learning plans
- Maintain classroom resources and adhere to health and safety standards
- Participate in staff training and nursery events
Requirements
- Relevant early childhood education qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 3, Diploma in Early Years, or equivalent)
- Experience working with children aged 0–5 years
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and best practices in play based, child centered learning
- Demonstrated skills in observing, assessing, and documenting children’s development
- Ability to foster an inclusive, nurturing environment for diverse children, including those of determination
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and health and safety procedures
- Fluency in English; additional languages an advantage

Role Description
- The Early Years Educator is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, responsible for providing high quality care and education to children in line with the EYFS framework.
- Day to day tasks include planning and delivering age appropriate, play based activities that promote children’s cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development.
- The educator observes, assesses, and documents children’s progress, communicates regularly with families, and collaborates with colleagues to ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
- The role also involves supporting children of determination, implementing individualized learning plans, and working with specialist services where needed.
- Additional responsibilities include maintaining classroom resources, adhering to health and safety standards, and participating in staff training and nursery events.
Qualifications
- Relevant early childhood education qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 3, Diploma in Early Years, or equivalent) and experience working with children aged 0–5 years.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and best practices in play based, child centered learning.

- Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are an advantage.
- Willingness to participate in continuous professional development and nursery wide initiatives.
