Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.

Up to 2 years of experience in project coordination, project controls, finance, accounting, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Experience using Microsoft Excel and other business reporting tools.

Ability to interpret financial information and communicate findings effectively.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Eagerness to learn project delivery principles, financial management, and consulting business operations.
