Salary

  • The role is hybrid.
  • The role is 37 hours per week.

Opportunity

Support and develop bpha's early careers offer across apprenticeships, graduate programmes, and work experience placements.

Help create meaningful development opportunities and positive experiences for people at different stages of their career journey.

Work with learners, graduates, managers, schools, colleges, universities, and training providers.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinate apprenticeship, graduate, and work experience programmes from attraction through completion.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, inductions, and ongoing programme activities.
  • Build relationships with managers, participants, training providers, schools, colleges, and universities.
  • Attend careers events and promote early careers opportunities to a diverse range of candidates.
  • Coordinate mentoring, development opportunities, and support networks.
  • Monitor programme performance, maintain accurate records, and use feedback and data to drive improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in recruitment, learning and development, programme coordination, education partnerships, or a similar people-focused role.
  • Ability to organise multiple programmes and keep varied activities on track.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with people from different backgrounds and experience levels.
  • Passion for supporting individuals at the start of their careers.
  • Commitment to inclusion and social mobility.
  • Full driving licence and use of a vehicle are required for attending careers events.
