Role overview
Lead the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company's digital learning experience.
Design, create, and deliver interactive digital learning experiences aligned with learning outcomes and brand standards.
The role reports to the Training Director and manages two eLearning Designers in India.
Key responsibilities
- Work with the Training Content Team to apply learning theory and instructional design principles.
- Deliver engaging, high-impact, and commercially relevant e-learning solutions for employees worldwide.
- Use the Learning Management System to deliver online learning experiences.
- Act as the central point of expertise for e-learning across the business.
- Collaborate with content creators and subject matter experts.
Essential qualifications
- Proven experience managing e-learning or digital learning functions.
- Experience leading and developing teams.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems such as Access or SAP.
- Experience with authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, and Vimeo.
