Overview
- The E-Invoicing Support Analyst will be a full-time, Calgary-based role reporting to the Manager of Finance Systems and Data, serving as the main point of contact for support related to the organization’s e-invoicing platforms, including OpenInvoice, OpenTicket, and OpenContract Pricebook.
- The position involves supporting the Phase II rollout of OpenContract Pricebook by preparing new pricebooks from approved bids, training business teams, and transitioning ongoing maintenance to them.
- Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To
- Act as the main support contact for e-invoicing platforms.
- Support Phase II rollout of OpenContract Pricebook.
- Conduct regular sessions with field and office staff to provide training and resolve issues.
- Identify and implement process and system improvements.
- Manage releases, including testing, training, and communication of updates.
- Collaborate with ITS on system integrations to improve workflow efficiency.
- Stay current on platform updates and recommend enhancements to support business growth.
- Your strengths include:
- Bachelor of Commerce (or equivalent) required
- 5+ years’ experience with Enverus e-invoicing platforms
- Skilled in functional analysis, testing, and UAT support
- Positive, proactive problem-solver
- Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
- Able to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Adaptable in dynamic, evolving environments
