E invoicing

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of e-invoicing concepts, tax and regulatory compliance, and experience working with government or tax authority e-invoicing platforms.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems, including configuration of billing, tax, and integration modules related to electronic invoicing.
• Skills in data analysis and reporting, including the ability to identify discrepancies, interpret transaction data, and prepare compliance or audit reports.
• Understanding of digital transformation and finance process automation, including Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash cycles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document processes clearly and provide user training and support.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple invoicing cycles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant academic background in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field; professional certifications in SAP, tax, or compliance are an advantage.
• Prior experience in e-invoicing within the GCC region or similar regulatory environment is highly beneficial.
