Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage e-commerce operations for an Indian women’s clothing lifestyle brand.
- Lead the order management and returns management teams.
- Manage warehouse inward and outward stock operations.
- Manage order processing and schedule picking activities.
- Manage inventory through order fulfilment.
- Manage receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
- Keep stock control systems current and inventories accurate.
- Conduct quality checks against established quality criteria.
- Process purchase order fulfilment and dispatch.
- Book orders and schedule pickups with logistics partners.
- Ensure orders are dispatched accurately and within specified timelines.
- Manage discount uploads and sales opt-ins across marketplaces.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
- Excellent MS Excel skills are required, including VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, Pivot Tables, and Excel Queries.
- Ability to understand, compose, and reply to emails promptly.
- Willingness to learn new things at work.
- Problem-solving attitude and complete ownership of the role.
- Immediate joining is preferred.
Compensation
- Full-time position.
- Pay is ₹25,000.00 to ₹35,000.00 per month.
