Job Description
We are looking for an E-commerce System Specialist to manage our day-to-day digital operations.
You will use your data analysis and technical skills to monitor system performance, handle site customization, and optimize e-commerce workflows to improve user experience and drive online revenue.
Responsibilities
- System Operations: Manage and maintain the technical backend of our e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
- Technical Optimization: Write and maintain custom scripts (HTML/CSS/JS) to customize the storefront and improve the user interface.
- Performance Tracking: Implement and manage advanced tracking tools to ensure accurate data collection across all channels.
- Automation: Develop workflows to automate routine tasks, reducing manual intervention and increasing operational efficiency.
- SEO & Performance: Optimize website technical structure and speed for better search engine rankings and conversion rates.
- Ad Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze the performance of Google Ads and Meta Ads to ensure high ROI and accurate conversion tracking.
- Data Analysis: Extract, analyze, and interpret sales and traffic data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for growth.
Requirements
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for site customization.
- Data Expertise: Strong experience with data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Advanced Excel, or BI tools) and KPI tracking.
- Platform Agnostic: Proven experience managing various E-commerce back-end systems and CMS environments.
- Problem Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills with a data-first approach to solving business challenges.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
