Responsibilities
- Manage and operate the online store on a daily basis
- Add and update products (images, descriptions, prices, specifications, categories)
- Review product pages and format user experience
- Monitor orders from the dashboard and track order status
- Create landing pages and seasonal offers and ensure readiness
- Upload banners and marketing materials to the website
- Manage and monitor KPIs such as Conversion Rate, AOV, Revenue, Cart Abandonment Rate
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on store performance and suggest improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with the advertising team to market landing pages and increase sales
- Monitor inventory and ensure product availability
- Market products and categories
- Process tenders and suggest ideas to market the experience and increase sales
Requirements
- Experience in e commerce operations and online store management
- Knowledge of CRM and order management systems
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity
