- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data entry

- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast paced retail environment

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer Support — Provide timely, professional customer support via email, phone, WhatsApp, and live chat — resolving inquiries, complaints, and after sales requests efficiently.
- Order Fulfilment — Manage end to end order fulfilment including order processing, coordination with warehouse and courier partners, shipment tracking, and delivery confirmation.
- Invoicing — Prepare and issue accurate invoices for online orders in compliance with UAE VAT regulations and internal accounting requirements.
- Reporting — Generate regular reports on sales performance, customer service KPIs, order status, and inventory movement. Flag emerging trends or operational issues to management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an e commerce support, online retail operations, or customer service role.
- Hands on experience with Shopify (order management, product updates, basic admin tasks) is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data entry.
- High attention to detail, particularly around invoicing accuracy and order processing.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast paced retail environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Background or working knowledge of the optical / eyewear industry.
- Familiarity with UAE commercial and VAT invoicing practices.
- Experience with CRM, helpdesk, or ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics and e commerce analytics.
