Responsibilities
- Oversee daily management of Vendor Central (1P), Seller Central (3P) and Q commerce platforms
- Create and optimize SEO friendly listings, A+ content, and images
- Manage Purchase Orders (POs) and dispute chargebacks for Vendor Central
- Coordinate rapid fulfillment, stock levels, and dark store inventory for Q commerce and 3P apps
- Execute competitive pricing strategies, flash sales, and promotional campaigns
- Track sales performance, resolve catalog/operational tickets, and manage customer feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E commerce, or similar
- 2 4 years managing Amazon (Vendor & Seller Central), Noon, and Q commerce apps in the GCC
- Deep understanding of 1P vs 3P operational models
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- English language proficiency
- Ability to commute to Dubai Industrial City

Overview
- Manage and optimize sales and operations across online 1P platforms (Amazon & Noon Retail / Vendor Central), 3P marketplaces (Amazon & Noon Seller Central), and Quick Commerce (Noon Minutes, Amazon Now, Talabat, Careem) to drive revenue and ensure seamless fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily management of Vendor Central (1P), Seller Central (3P) and Q commerce platforms, ensuring compliance with each platform's SLAs.
- Create and optimize SEO friendly listings, A+ content, and images to maximize visibility and conversion rates.
- Manage Purchase Orders (POs) and dispute chargebacks for Vendor Central; coordinate rapid fulfillment, stock levels, and dark store inventory for Q commerce and 3P apps.
- Execute competitive pricing strategies, flash sales, and promotional campaigns.
- Track sales performance, resolve catalog/operational tickets with vendor support, and manage customer feedback.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E commerce, or similar.
- 2–4 years managing Amazon (Vendor & Seller Central), Noon, and Q commerce apps (Talabat, Careem, etc.) in the GCC.
- Deep understanding of 1P vs. 3P operational models, PO management, chargeback resolution, SEO, and MS Excel.
- Ability to thrive in a rapid delivery environment.
