Responsibilities
- Manage day to day operations of e commerce platforms such as Amazon and other marketplaces
- Optimize product listings, keywords, titles, and descriptions for better visibility and conversions
- Monitor pricing, inventory, product performance, and marketplace health metrics
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of marketplace activities
- Analyze sales reports, customer trends, and performance data to identify growth opportunities
- Track competitor activities and suggest improvement strategies
- Prepare reports, presentations, and performance updates
- Ensure timely resolution of operational and listing related issues
Requirements
- 3 5 years of relevant experience in E commerce or Marketplace Management
- MBA / BBA / BCA / Graduation
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
- Understanding of e commerce marketplaces and online retail operations
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or similar platforms
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills

About the Role
- We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented E commerce Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands on experience in managing online marketplace operations, optimizing product listings, and supporting overall e commerce growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day to day operations of e commerce platforms such as Amazon and other marketplaces
- Optimize product listings, keywords, titles, and descriptions for better visibility and conversions

Requirements
- Qualification: MBA / BBA / BCA / Graduation
