Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s Shopify store
- Create, optimize, and update product listings on Shopify, Amazon, and Noon
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock updates across all platforms
- Handle order processing, returns, refunds, and customer inquiries
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords for better visibility and conversions
- Manage promotions, discounts, coupons, and seasonal campaigns
- Monitor sales performance and generate weekly/monthly reports
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research
- Coordinate with marketing teams to improve traffic and online sales
- Ensure all product information is accurate and up to date
- Troubleshoot platform related issues and implement improvements
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in e commerce management
- Strong hands on experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and Noon Seller
- Knowledge of product listing optimization and marketplace best practices
- Experience with inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Experience with digital marketing and paid marketplace advertising is a plus
