About the Role
- We are looking for an experienced E commerce Specialist to manage and grow the company's online sales channels across current and future e commerce platforms and marketplaces.
- You will be responsible for the day to day management of our online channels, including product management, inventory accuracy, pricing, order fulfillment, performance optimization, and sales growth while ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and operate the company's e commerce sales channels.
- Create new product listings and optimize existing ones.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate pricing across all platforms.
- Process and monitor customer orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Analyze marketplace performance and identify opportunities to increase sales.
- Monitor competitors, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing team to update product images and content when needed.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational issues.
- Submit a daily work plan each morning and an end of day report summarizing completed tasks, pending work, and operational challenges.
Requirements

- Working knowledge of platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Shopify, or similar marketplaces.
