E-Commerce Sales Specialist

Toys Brand Trading Co., a company specialized in the wholesale of toys and nursery products, is seeking to hire an E-Commerce Sales Specialist to manage and develop the company’s online sales.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and operate e-commerce platforms (e.g., Salla, Zid, Amazon, Noon, Trendyol, etc.).
Upload products and continuously update pricing, inventory, and promotions.
Monitor orders and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely fulfillment.
Respond to customer inquiries via the website and social media channels.
Manage and execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports.
Drive sales growth and achieve monthly targets.

Requirements

At least 2 years of proven experience in e-commerce sales or online store management.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
Excellent customer service, communication, and persuasion skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
Ability to manage and optimize multi-platform presence across B2B and B2C channels.
