• Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and strategic initiatives.
• Maintain awareness of e-commerce trends, digital commerce technologies, and industry developments.
• Support special projects and business initiatives as assigned.
• 4-year college degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, E-Commerce, or related field.
• 5+ years of sales, account management, channel management, or e-commerce experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing online retail accounts, digital marketplaces, or major e-commerce customers.
• Experience developing and executing customer growth plans and promotional programs.
• Experience utilizing sales analytics, forecasting tools, and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of consumer electronics, professional audio, AV, or technology industries preferred.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
