The employer is seeking an experienced, hands-on manager to oversee emergency roadside-assistance operations and grow tire and battery sales.
The manager will control each roadside-assistance job from the initial customer call through successful completion.
Roadside-assistance operations
- Receive and manage emergency roadside-assistance requests.
- Dispatch technicians, recovery vehicles, towing providers, and garages.
- Monitor every job from assignment through completion.
- Provide customers with regular updates and timely service.
- Coordinate battery jump-starts, replacements, tire changes, towing, fuel delivery, lockout assistance, and other roadside services.
Administration and service control
- Prepare quotations, job orders, invoices, and daily operational reports.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve service issues professionally.
- Manage technicians, drivers, suppliers, workshops, and subcontractors.
- Maintain records of response times, completed jobs, expenses, and customer feedback.
Sales and business development
- Control tire and battery inventory and arrange timely replenishment.
- Sell tires, batteries, roadside-assistance services, and corporate service packages.
- Develop relationships with individuals, fleet operators, rental companies, insurance companies, garages, and corporate clients.
- Follow up on sales leads, prepare proposals, negotiate prices, and achieve monthly sales targets.
Standards and availability
- Ensure technicians follow RoadHero’s safety, quality, and customer-service standards.
- Be available to manage urgent cases outside normal working hours when required.
Candidate requirements
- Previous experience in roadside assistance, towing, automotive services, tire sales, battery sales, fleet operations, or a similar field.
- Strong knowledge of vehicles, tires, batteries, and common roadside problems.
- Proven experience managing technicians, drivers, suppliers, or subcontractors.
- Strong sales and business-development skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions during emergencies.
- Comfort using WhatsApp, email, Microsoft Excel, and job-management systems.
- Good written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.
- A valid Kuwait driving licence is preferred.
- Must be organized, responsible, customer-focused, and willing to work flexible hours.
Compensation
- Salary is QAR 6,000 to QAR 10,000 per month.
- The role includes sales commission and performance-based incentives.

- Work location is in person.
