Its channels include Amazon UAE, Amazon KSA, Noon, and Shopify-based direct-to-consumer stores.
The business manages product sourcing, marketplace operations, and fulfilment across its brands.
Role Overview
Own day-to-day marketplace operations with primary focus on Amazon and Noon and secondary oversight of Shopify stores.
This is a hands-on onsite role requiring practical experience with Amazon Seller Central and Noon Seller Hub.
Amazon and Noon Operations
- Manage listings, catalog creation and optimization, pricing, and promotions across Amazon UAE, Amazon KSA, and Noon.
- Monitor account health and resolve policy violations, listing suppressions, and ASIN deactivations.
- Handle reinstatement cases and appeals with Amazon and Noon Seller Support.
- Stay current on marketplace policy changes and maintain listing and operational compliance.
Fulfilment and Advertising
- Oversee FBA and fulfilment operations, including inventory planning, stock levels, shipment creation, and warehouse coordination.
- Manage Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands campaigns and monitor ACOS and ROAS performance.
- Track sales, conversion, return rates, account health scores, and other key metrics.
- Prepare regular reports with actionable recommendations.
Shopify Operations
- Handle Shopify store operations, listings, and end-to-end oversight of the Shopify websites.
- Ensure listings and inventory management are maintained across the e-commerce channels.
Required Experience and Skills
- Three to five years of hands-on e-commerce operations experience.
- Demonstrable, specific hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and working knowledge of Noon Seller Hub.
- Experience with FBA logistics, inventory forecasting, and basic PPC campaign management.
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills with comfort working with data and reporting.
- Excellent written English for marketplace case correspondence.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai and able to work onsite in Jebel Ali.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling Amazon account health issues, listing suppressions, or reinstatement appeals is a strong plus.
- A UAE driving license, baby or pet product experience, FMCG experience, Arabic skills, and Zoho Inventory knowledge are nice to have.
Compensation and Workplace
- Pay is listed as AED 3,500 to AED 5,000 per month.
- Work location is in person at the office in Jebel Ali.
