Monkstory is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager for e-commerce fulfilment and inventory operations.

The role covers Monkstory warehouses and third-party warehouse partners.

The position coordinates internal teams, logistics partners, customer service, and the Prozo 3PL partner.

Manage daily order processing and dispatch through Shopify and Unicommerce/Uniware.
Ensure orders are allocated, picked, packed, documented, and dispatched within defined timelines.
Monitor pending, unfulfilled, and stuck orders and resolve order or system issues.
Ensure correct AWB, invoice, shipping label, and order documentation.

Coordinate courier and logistics partners for pickups and deliveries.
Monitor shipments and resolve delayed, stuck, lost, and undelivered shipments.
Manage NDR cases, delivery re-attempts, RTOs, and recurring courier issues.
Coordinate address corrections and other delivery interventions with customer service.
