Nokhbat Segadty Trading Company operates an e-commerce store, retail branches, seasonal exhibitions, and an external manufacturing line for custom seating products.
Its operating ecosystem includes Zid, Amazon, Trendyol, a Warehouse Management System, ClickUp, and external fulfillment, logistics, courier, and manufacturing partners.
The role inherits an approved 182-page Operations Manual covering procedures, responsibilities, evidence, errors, and escalation paths.
Role summary
Lead the complete order and fulfillment cycle from e-commerce or marketplace order receipt through delivery to the customer.
Manage warehouse and inventory activities, fulfillment and courier partners, marketplace operations, branch and exhibition replenishment, and external manufacturing.
The role requires hands-on operational ownership, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and root-cause problem solving.
Order and marketplace operations
- Manage orders through the Zid dashboard from receipt through picking, packing, shipping, delivery, cancellation, return, or closure.
- Monitor delayed, cancelled, pending, and exception orders and resolve issues involving products, quantities, cancellations, exchanges, and returns.
