Responsibilities
- Process Shopify orders and pack every order to brand standard
- Book courier pickups, manage tracking, handle returns and exchanges
- Respond to WhatsApp, email, and Instagram messages within target response times
- Upload products, write descriptions from templates, update prices and stock on Shopify
- Conduct weekly stock counts and flag low stock items
- Import and categorize bank transactions in Zoho Books
- Schedule and publish approved content on social media
- Support campaign execution and ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements
- Experience with Shopify or similar e commerce platform
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a startup environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic accounting software

Responsibilities
- Process Shopify orders and pack every order to brand standard.
- Book courier pickups, manage tracking, handle returns and exchanges.
- Keep packaging materials stocked and organized.
- Respond to WhatsApp, email, and Instagram messages within target response times, using our playbooks.
- Escalate exceptions and refund requests to the founder.
- Upload products, write descriptions from templates, update prices and stock.
- Maintain order statuses, collections, and basic app settings.
- Weekly stock counts; flag low stock items per our reorder rules.
- Receive and QC count incoming shipments.
- Import and categorize bank transactions; file invoices and receipts.
- Schedule and publish approved content; manage comments and DMs.
- Organize the photo and video asset library.
What This Role Is Really Like
- Priorities shift week to week and phase to phase.
- Pre launch, it is packaging, product uploads, and content prep.
- Post launch, it is orders, customers, and inventory.
- In between, it is accounting, marketing support, and ad hoc projects.
