E Commerce Strategy & P&L Ownership

  • Own and drive global e commerce strategy for Notions Group, defining channel priorities, revenue targets, market entry plans, and growth roadmaps.
  • Manage online P&L across all platforms and markets, responsible for revenue, margin, and profitability.
  • Develop annual e commerce revenue plans, promotional calendars, and investment budgets.

Marketplace Management

  • Own end to end management of Notions Group's presence on Amazon UAE, UK, EU, USA, Noon UAE, Noon KSA, and other marketplaces.
  • Manage product listings, A+ content, imagery, and Enhanced Brand Content to optimize discoverability and conversion.
  • Lead Amazon PPC and Sponsored Ads strategy; manage advertising budgets and optimize ACOS/ROAS.
  • Negotiate vendor/seller relationships with platform account managers.

GCC Quick Commerce & Online Retail

  • Manage presence on Talabat, Instashop, Carrefour Online, Spinneys Online, Lulu Online, and similar platforms.
  • Ensure stock availability, accurate listings, and strong digital shelf share.
  • Execute promotional and seasonal campaigns across quick commerce channels.

Direct to Consumer (D2C) Channel

  • Own and grow D2C e commerce channel, managing website experience, product catalogue, checkout flow, and customer journey.
  • Drive traffic through SEO, email marketing, social commerce, and digital campaigns.
  • Optimize conversion rates, AOV, and repeat purchase rates through A/B testing and UX improvements.

Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute platform specific digital marketing campaigns including Amazon Sponsored Products/Brands/Display, Google Shopping, Meta, and TikTok commerce.
  • Develop promotional strategies for key commercial moments like Ramadan, Eid, and global gifting periods.
  • Brief and manage creative assets for all e commerce channels.

E Commerce Operations & Supply Chain Coordination

  • Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Warehouse teams for timely fulfilment.
  • Manage cross border e commerce logistics including international shipping and customs documentation.
  • Maintain optimal stock availability and proactively flag stockout risks.

Analytics, Reporting & Optimisation

  • Build and maintain comprehensive e commerce performance dashboard tracking revenue, sessions, conversion rate, ACOS, ROAS, AOV, and return rate.
  • Conduct regular analysis of traffic, conversion, and basket data to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports with recommendations.

Market Development & Expansion

  • Identify and evaluate new e commerce market opportunities including new platforms and geographies.
  • Lead market entry execution for new channels and territories.
  • Build relationships with marketplace account managers, logistics partners, and digital commerce service providers.
