Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s Shopify website, including product uploads, collections, pricing, promotions, and content updates
- Monitor website performance and optimize user experience, conversion rates, and online sales
- Handle end to end marketplace management (Amazon, Noon, etc.) including catalog management, product listings, inventory coordination, and order processing
- Coordinate with marketing teams to execute campaigns and promotional activities
- Track and report KPIs including website traffic, conversion rate, sales performance, and customer engagement
Requirements
- Proven experience in Shopify website management
- Experience managing online marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, or similar)
- Strong understanding of e commerce operations and digital sales channels
- Experience in product catalog management, inventory handling, and order workflows
- Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools

Job Summary
- We are hiring an experienced and performance driven E commerce Manager to manage and grow our online business channels.
- The ideal candidate must have strong hands on experience in Shopify website management and marketplace operations.
- This role will oversee website performance, product management, customer experience, and online sales growth across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s Shopify website, including product uploads, collections, pricing, promotions, and content updates.
- Monitor website performance and optimize user experience, conversion rates, and online sales.
- Handle end to end marketplace management (Amazon, Noon, and other platforms), including catalog management, product listings, inventory coordination, and order processing.
- Ensure accurate product information, pricing, images, and availability across all online channels.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to execute campaigns and promotional activities.
- Monitor stock levels and work closely with operations and logistics teams.
- Track and report KPIs including website traffic, conversion rate, sales performance, and customer engagement.
- Analyze performance data and implement strategies to improve online growth.
- Coordinate with developers or service providers for website updates and issue resolution.
- Stay updated on e commerce trends, marketplace requirements, and digital best practices.
Requirements
- Mandatory: Proven experience in Shopify website management.
- Experience managing online marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, or similar platforms).
- Strong understanding of e commerce operations and digital sales channels.
- Experience in product catalog management, inventory handling, and order workflows.
- Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with digital marketing, SEO, and performance campaigns.
