Role Overview

  • We are seeking a highly driven and experienced E Commerce Manager – Retail to lead, manage, and scale our online retail business in the UAE.
  • This role will oversee the complete E Commerce ecosystem, including online platforms, customer experience, digital growth, payment systems, marketplace management, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize company E Commerce platforms, online stores, and marketplace channels.
  • Drive online sales growth, revenue generation, and conversion optimization strategies.
  • Own the complete customer journey from acquisition, website experience, checkout, fulfilment coordination, and after sales service.
  • Oversee payment gateways, checkout flows, ERP/system integrations, and digital operations.
  • Develop and execute data driven digital marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor website traffic, customer behaviour, and performance analytics to improve ROI and customer retention.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT, Finance, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
  • Prepare management reports, sales forecasts, and KPI dashboards for leadership review.
  • Ensure operational efficiency, stock availability coordination, and marketplace compliance.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in E Commerce, Digital Retail, or Online Business Management.
  • Strong understanding of online stores, digital payments, customer journeys, and marketplace operations.
  • Hands on experience with E Commerce platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing.
  • UAE market experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong commercial mindset, analytical skills, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Excellent communication in Arabic & English with leadership skills.
