Role Description
- The E Commerce Manager will oversee and optimize ACF’s online sales channels, ensuring a smooth digital purchasing experience for customers.
- This part time, hybrid role is based in Abu Dhabi, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week.
Day to day Responsibilities
- Managing product listings, pricing, and inventory visibility on e commerce platforms.
- Monitoring online orders and coordinating with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Analyzing sales data to improve conversion, margin, and customer satisfaction.
- Managing online promotions and campaigns.
- Handling customer inquiries related to digital orders.
- Collaborating with marketing and sales teams on digital initiatives.
